More flexible bookings, with a clear history

• Adjust booking times from Edit Booking or drag the end time in Day view. Moving the start time keeps the original booking duration.
• Extend or shorten a booking already under way, with a reason and a record of who changed it and when.
• Resolve a clash by moving the next booking later or keeping its original time with an available vehicle. Companies can also choose to allow visible reservation overlaps.
• Notify affected drivers when their booking changes.
• When enabled in Booking settings, create several vehicle and driver bookings together and keep additional vehicles linked to the same job.

A clearer start, a more reliable finish

• See your next booking on the Fleet PWA home screen and start the booked trip when it becomes available.
• See when a vehicle is booked by another driver. Optional return-by warnings identify the next booking without repeatedly interrupting the trip screen.
• Release unused booking time when returning early, while keeping the booking and return details in the calendar history.
• Recover and finish trips started offline after reconnecting, with protection against duplicate uploads.
• Choose Business or Private explicitly, with clearer trip forms, odometer values and saving indicators.
• Companies can opt into online vehicle changes during a trip, with linked records for the original and replacement vehicles. This setting is off by default.

Clearer reminders, sign-in and job completion

• Keep upcoming and overdue vehicle reminders above delivery and scheduler diagnostics.
• Improved WOF, insurance and RUC reminder handling, with optional Outlook reminder calendars where enabled.
• Find the sign-in options available for your email address, including Microsoft sign-in where your company has enabled it.
• Clearer customer survey controls when completing a job, including when no customer email address is available.
